Management Development
Our management development programmes are designed around the 70 : 20 : 10 principle where 10% is classroom based 20% coaching the classroom learning into workplace applied assignments. Then the 70% is using that newly acquired skills to grow your confidence.
We compare it to learning to drive.
You pass a theory test then learn to start driving with an instructor next to you.
Finally you pass your test and your confidence starts to grow as you properly learn to drive.
